Nova Scotia reports one more death, 64 new cases of COVID-19

Nova Scotia is reporting one more death from COVID-19, and 64 new cases.

The province says a woman in her 60s in the Central Zone has died.

Nine new cases have been identified in the regional municipality, bringing the number of known, active cases here to 129.

Province-wide, 116 people have recovered from COVID-19, bringing the number of known, active cases to 975, the first time since May 3 the number of active cases has been below 1000.

Seventy-four people are still in hospital, 20 in intensive care.
