Regional Police Issue Another Fine Under Health Protection Act

Regional Police say a 51-year-old man was charged yesterday for failing to isolate under the Health Protection Act.

They say they got a complaint he was refusing to isolate after being directed to do so by Public Health.

Police say officers found the man outside his home and issued a fine of just over $2,400.

Police aren’t saying what community the man lives in and are not providing more information on his identity.
