Cape Breton Regional Police are asking for the public’s help as they investigate a motor vehicle collision with a pedestrian last evening.
Police say a 66-year-old man was hit by a car on George Street last night at around a quarter after six, near the Cape Breton Regional Hospital.
They say the man was taken to the Regional Hospital, then was transferred to the QEII Hospital in Halifax for further medical treatment.
Police say they’re still investigating.
Anyone who may have witnessed the collision is asked to call regional police.
