People Between 40 and 54 Can Now Book Appointments For AstraZeneca Vaccine

People between the ages of 40 and 54 can now book an appointment to get the AstraZeneca vaccine.

Chief medical officer of health Dr. Robert Strang announced on Wednesday the expansion into that age group would be coming today.

Until now, the AstraZeneca vaccine was only made available to people between the ages of 55 and 64.

People 55 and older can book appointments to get the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine.
