Case Of COVID-19 Connected To Sydney Academy

Sydney Academy will stay closed until Friday after a reported case of COVID-19 connected to the school.

It’s one of three schools where the province reported COVID cases, last night.

Bedford and Forsyth Education Centres and Halifax West High also have cases connected to them.

Students at Sydney Academy are moving to at-home learning until Friday.

The Halifax area schools are already moving to at-home learning along with all other schools in that region.

Public health is recommending all students and staff at the three schools get tested for COVID-19.
