Easing Of Some COVID-19 Restrictions, Today

More COVID-19 restrictions were relaxed in the province, this morning.

The changes mean malls, retailers and fitness facilities are now allowed to operate at a hundred percent capacity with physical distancing.

Up to 75 people are able to take part in sports practices, training and games, and arts and culture rehearsals and performances.

Spectators are still allowed at those events except when they’re held at schools.

And people entering the province from Newfoundland and Labrador no longer have to quarantine for 14 days.
