Potential COVID-19 Exposure On Toronto To Halifax Flight

Public Health is warning about potential exposure to COVID-19 on a flight from Toronto to Halifax.

The Air Canada flight left Toronto at 8:59 on the night of March 6th and arrived in Halifax shortly after midnight on March 7th.

People in rows 21 to 27, and seats C, D, E and F are asked to immediately book a COVID-19 test, even if they don’t have COVID-19 symptoms.

All other passengers are asked to continue to quarantine as required and monitor for signs and symptoms of COVID-19.

Meanwhile, Premier Iain Rankin and chief medical officer of health Dr. Robert Strang are scheduled to give a COVID update at 11:45 this morning.
