by Regional police are investigating after a fight between two groups of Sydney Academy students yesterday afternoon.
Police say they were called to the school at half-past noon to deal with the fight, which was taking place inside the school.
The Cape Breton Post is reporting the fight involved more than 10 people, and the two groups involved were students from Membertou and Whitney Pier.
Cape Breton-Victoria Centre for Education spokesperson Heather Calder says the school was placed under a hold and secure as staff and police dealt with the brawl.
