Province Reports Four More COVID Cases

The province is reporting four more cases of COVID-19 today.

One of the new cases is in the Northern Zone and is a close contact of a previously reported case.

The other three cases are in the Central Zone and are related to travel outside of Atlantic Canada.

There’s now a total of 22 confirmed active cases of COVID-19 in Nova Scotia.

That’s down from 25 yesterday.

The latest numbers come as the province sets up vaccination clinics this week at the Northside Community Guest Home in North Sydney and Harbourstone Enhanced Care in Sydney.

The province also announced today it’s aiming to have new cold storage sites for vaccines in place in Antigonish, Amherst and Bridgewater by the end of the month.
