31 Year-Old North Sydney Woman Dies In Highway 105 Crash

RCMP say a 31-year-old North Sydney woman died in yesterday’s single-vehicle crash on the 105 Trans Canada Highway.

Police say they got called to a stretch of the Highway near Bucklaw at around 2:20 in the afternoon.

They say a car travelling toward Whycocomagh left the road and ended up in the ditch, heavily damaged.

Police say the woman driving the car was pronounced dead at the scene.

Yesterday’s crash was the third fatal crash on the 105 in three straight days.
