Province Reports 16 New COVID Cases

The province is reporting 16 new COVID-19 cases today. 

Twelve of the new cases are in the Central Zone, including a case at Park West School in Halifax and the case at Citadel High in Halifax that was reported yesterday.

Three of the new cases are in the Northern Zone and are close contacts of earlier reported cases and the other case is in the Western Zone and is related to travel outside of Atlantic Canada.

There’s now a total of 117 confirmed active cases of COVID-19 in Nova Scotia.

No one in the province is currently in hospital with the virus.
