Province Reports 16 More COVID Cases

The province is reporting 16 new cases of COVID-19 today.

15 of the new cases are in the Central Zone.

The other is in the Western Zone and is connected to another recently reported case at a school in Canning, Kings County.

There are now 138 confirmed active cases of COVID-19 in Nova Scotia.

No one in the province is in hospital with the virus.

Health Authority labs did 3,054 Nova Scotia tests yesterday.

628 tests were done yesterday at a rapid testing site in Dartmouth where six cases were found.

Premier Stephen McNeil and Chief Medical Officer of Health Dr. Robert Strang are scheduled to give another COVID-19 update at 3:00 tomorrow afternoon.
