New Regional Mayor and Councillors Sworn-In

New Regional Mayor Amanda McDougall and 11 of 12 councillors were sworn-in during a ceremony yesterday evening.

District 4 Councillor Steve Gillespie missed the event at the Joan Harriss Cruise Pavilion in Sydney for personal reasons.

Orientation sessions for McDougall and councillors will take place on Monday and Tuesday.

A date for the first meeting of the new council will be set in the near future.
