Miss Vickie’s Brand Chip Recall Because Of Possible Glass Contamination

A number of flavours and sizes of Miss Vickie’s brand Kettle Cooked Potato Chips are being recalled because of the possible presence of pieces of glass.

The chips were sold in this province as well as Newfoundland and Labrador, PEI, New Brunswick, Quebec and Ontario and also through the internet.

The recalled chips have date codes of December 15 and 29, and January 12 and 26.

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency says one person has been injured after eating the chips.

People who have packages of the recalled chips should throw them out or bring them back to the store.
