Helicopter Joins Search For Molly Martin, Today

The RCMP say a Lands and Forestry helicopter is joining the search today for Molly Martin.

The 14-year-old was last seen at around 4:00 on Thursday afternoon in Eskasoni.

Her family says she’s run away with a 47-year-old man she knows, and an Amber Alert should have been issued.

But the RCMP says that didn’t happen because Martin was not abducted and went willingly.

Martin is Indigenous, 5-foot-7 and weighs 100 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

She has a rose tattoo on her left forearm and may be wearing glasses.

Anyone with information on where she is, is asked to call Eskasoni RCMP or contact Crime Stoppers.
