Province Announces One New Case Of COVID-19

The province is reporting one new case of COVID-19.

It is in the Eastern Zone, which includes Cape Breton, bringing the region’s number of cases up to 52.

There are five active cases in the province, two workers and three people living at the Northwood home in Halifax.

There are 60 deaths and 993 recoveries.

Three people are in hospital, one in intensive care.
