Fire Forces New Waterford Man From Home

The Red Cross says a man has been forced from his New Waterford home after a fire early yesterday morning.

The blaze on Miner Avenue was reported at around 1:00.

There were no injuries but the two story house with two apartments was damaged.

The Red Cross says it’s helping the man with emergency lodging, food and clothes as well as transportation and some other basics.
