37-year-old Joey Frederick Evong is charged in the death of 41-year-old Stephen Richard Rose, whose body was found in a Rotary Drive Apartment on November 5th.

33-year-old Jessica Anne MacDonald is also facing a first degree murder charge in the case.

Evong appeared by video link for a status report today and the case is due back in court for a focus hearing on April 20th.
