Ten New Transit Cape Breton Bus Shelters Going Up

The Regional Municipality says ten new Transit Cape Breton bus shelters are being built.

The shelters are going up in Sydney, New Waterford, Reserve Mines, Sydney Mines and at the Mayflower Mall.

Single shelters that are being replaced with doubles will be moved to Whitney Pier and Dominion.

The municipality says it hopes to have all shelters installed by mid November.

And, the Handi-Trans service will be adding an extra twenty hours to its service ‪starting September 30th.
