North Sydney Man Charged With Armed Robbery

A 22 year-old North Sydney man has been charged after an armed robbery over the weekend.

22 year-old Glen Eric Klayton Bartlett is facing counts of Robbery with a Firearm, Pointing a Firearm, Wearing a Disguise and three counts of breaching court orders.

Police say Bartlett was arrested on Saturday afternoon after a robbery at a convenience store on Westmount Road.

Bartlett made a court appearance today for arraignment and is now on remand until a bail hearing on Wednesday.
