by Regional Police say a 16-year-old Marion Bridge boy who fell off an ATV in Grand Mira North Tuesday night died last night in Halifax hospital.
Police say they got the call at around 7:00 about a passenger who was seriously injured after falling off the ATV on the Intervale Road.
He was later airlifted to Halifax hospital with serious head injuries.
Police say the ATV was seized for an inspection and their investigation continues.
Marion Bridge School is open until 1:00 this afternoon for people from the community grieving the boy’s death.
His name has not been released.
