Health Canada says the fastener on the hat could possibly come off and pose a choking hazard.
Various styles of the hats in sizes zero to 12 months, and 12 to 24 months are affected.
The hats were sold between January and June.
The federal agency says anyone who owns one of the hats should return them to any Loblaw banner store for a full refund.
