One of the people charged in connection with a robbery in New Waterford last weekend has been released from custody on conditions.
26-year-old Justina Francis Marshall has to live in Eskasoni, refrain from alcohol and drugs, and have no contact with her co-accused, 49-year-old Robert Glenn White.
Marshall and White were charged with robbery and assault causing bodily harm after a robbery in the early morning hours of January 13. White faces an additional charge of breaching a court order.
Marshall is due back in court Feb. 13 for plea.
White has also been released on conditions that include he stay out of the former town of New Waterford and live in Glace Bay and report, in person, once a week to Cape Breton Regional Police.
White is now scheduled to enter pleas Feb. 13.
