Two Facing Charges After New Waterford Robbery

Two people are facing charges after a 26 year-old woman was robbed in New Waterford, early yesterday morning.

Police say they got the call to Hinchey Avenue at 1:20.

They say the woman was taken to the Regional Hospital in Sydney with non-life-threatening injuries and later released.

49 year old Robert Glenn White and 26 year old Justina Francis face counts of Robbery and Assault Causing Bodily Harm.

They’re both being held in custody to await a court appearance, this morning.
