by Two of three people charged after the death of 17 year-old Joneil Hanna from North Sydney are due in court today.
52 year-old Kenneth Wilkie and 49 year-old Donna Wilkie, from Leitches Creek, are charged with allowing drunkenness on their property.
Hanna died after being hit by an SUV following a grad party in Leitches Creek on June 10th.
Regional Police say 21 year-old Hayden Kenneth Laffin from Bras d’Or was the driver.
He faces a charge of attempting to obstruct justice and is due back in court for a plea hearing on October 3rd.
