37 year-old Kimberley Ann O’Dea is due to find out in Sydney court today if she’ll go to trial on a charge of manslaughter.
O’Dea was originally charged with second degree murder in the death of 28 year-old Dana Marie Jessome.
Jessome died from injuries suffered when she was hit by a car in Sydney Mines in July of last year.
Provincial Court Judge Diane McGrath is due to rule today whether there’s enough evidence to send O’Dea to trial after a preliminary hearing earlier this month.
