Sydney Marijuana Dispensary Owner Due To Enter Pleas, Today

The owner of a Sydney marijuana dispensary who’s had his business raided by police twice is due back in court today to enter pleas.

38 year-old Donald James Campbell was one of six people arrested after police searched a marijuana grow op on Grand Lake Road and another address on King’s Road in Sydney in January.

Campbell was charged with producing marijuana and two counts of breaching court orders.

At the time of his arrest, he was already on conditions in connection to a December police raid.

Campbell was charged with two counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking in marijuana and a single count of producing marijuana after that raid.

He’s been released on 60-thousand dollars bail.
