The price of gas went up by more than predicted, overnight.
Gas jumped by 2.5 cents a litre and now goes for a minimum of $1.15.7 in Cape Breton.
Diesel went up by 3 cents and now goes for a minimum of $1.19.8 cents a litre on the Island.
