Two Rivers Tunnel To Make Ground Hog Day Prediction, Today

Cape Breton’s rodent prognosticator is due to make an appearance later this morning on this Ground Hog Day.

Two Rivers Tunnel is scheduled to emerge from his shelter at the wildlife park in Mira at 11:22.

If Two Rivers sees his shadow, there’ll be six more weeks of winter.

If he doesn’t, legend says we’ll have an early spring.

Meanwhile, his provincial counterpart Shubenacadie Sam is due to make his Ground Hog Day appearance at 8:00, this morning.
