Premier Leads Trade Mission To China, Today

Premier Stephen McNeil is leading a delegation to China today.

McNeil says the goal of the trip is to pursue economic opportunities, including direct air access with China.

Representatives from Nova Scotia Business Inc., the Halifax International Airport Authority, as well as the Departments of Energy, and Intergovernmental Affairs are joining McNeil on the mission.

The delegation will meet with Chinese government officials and business leaders and Canada’s ambassador to China John McCallum.
