The Crown Corporation says tonight’s 11:45 crossing from North Sydney has been postponed until 11:45 tomorrow morning.
However, it says it expects both tomorrow’s crossings will also be affected by the weather.
There’s now a storm warning in effect for the Cabot Strait with seas expected to build to between 4 and 6 metres, this afternoon.
