Sydney Man Charged with Attempted Murder

 

A man is in critical condition and another has been charged with attempted murder following an assault in Sydney yesterday.

Police say officers were called to an apartment on Glenwood Street in Sydney yesterday morning, when people in the home reported the assault.

They add a 54 year old Sydney man was seriously injured and brought to the Regional Hospital before being transferred to Halifax.

In addition to the attempted murder charge, 25 year-old Justin Frank Isaac-Francis is facing charges of Aggravated Assault and several Breaches.

He was arrested shortly after police arrived at the scene and charges were laid yesterday evening.
