Bain Moved to Regional Hospital in Sydney

The Progressive Conservative Caucus office says Victoria-the Lakes MLA Keith Bain has been moved to the Regional Hospital in Sydney after suffering a medical emergency, last week.

64-year-old Bain had been in Halifax hospital in stable condition since the incident on Tuesday.

The P-C’s say Bain continues to undergo medical tests in Sydney.

The party says his constituency office will remain open but it’s not clear when he’ll return to his regular duties.

Bain regained his seat in May after losing to Liberal Pam Eyking in 2013.

He was first elected in 2006 and re-elected in 2009.
