Man Charged in Sydney Break and Enter Has Bail Hearing, Today

A Sydney man arrested on Saturday in connection to a break, enter and theft at the Prince Street Mini Mall in Sydney is due back in court today for a bail hearing.

29 year-old Dustin Lewis Brown faces counts of possession of stolen goods over $5,000, theft over $5,000 and break and enter.

29 year-old Cindy Lee MacLean from Sydney is charged with possession of stolen goods over $5,000 in the case.

She’s been released on conditions and is due back in court on October 30th to enter a plea.
