Pair Charged After Sydney Break and Enter Due in Court, Today

A man and woman are due in court today after being arrested on Saturday in connection to a break, enter and theft at the Prince Street Mini Mall in Sydney, last month.

The 29 year-old’s are both from Sydney and each face a charge of Possession of Property obtained by Crime over $5,000.00

The man was held in custody at the Cape Breton Correctional Centre over the weekend to await today’s court appearance.

The woman was released with strict conditions on a promise to appear in court, today.
