The Liberal government’s fiscal plan is expected to be pretty much the same budget they tabled before the provincial election.
The April budget reduced income taxes for more than half a million Nova Scotians with lower and middle incomes.
It also cut the tax load on small businesses and included more money for mental health.
Casey is due to start her budget address in the legislature at around 1:15.
