by Regional Police say a 37 year-old man is dead after he was hit by a vehicle in Sydney, early this morning.
Police say they got the call to Argyle Street, shortly after 3:30 where officers found a man dead.
Police say the vehicle involved did not leave the scene but add they consider the matter to be suspicious.
They also say they’re still talking to witnesses.
