by A 24-year-old Edwardsville man charged after a fatal single-vehicle crash in Kempt Head on the weekend is due back in court today for a bail hearing.
Christopher William Copan faces counts of impaired driving causing death and driving with a blood/alcohol level exceeding the legal limit causing death.
He was arrested at the scene after the Saturday crash on Kempt Head Road.
RCMP say a 22-year-old man who was a passenger in the car was pronounced dead at the scene.
They add a 27-year-old man and a 22-year-old man who were also passengers were taken to the Regional Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
