The Provincial Transportation Department says a stretch of George Street near the Regional Hospital will be down to one lane for paving tomorrow.
The work will take place between Cameron Estates and Highway 125 from 7 in the morning to 7 at night.
Outbound traffic will be detoured at times through Hillside Street and Rotary Drive.
The Transportation Department says drivers will still have access to the Regional Hospital, but it’s being recommended people take an alternate route using the Churchill Drive exit off the 125 and into Membertou.
The Nova Scotia Health Authority is advising those with appointments at the Regional tomorrow to leave home early to avoid possible delays.
