Two Brothers Charged After Skye Glen Shooting Due in Court, Today

Two brothers arrested after a shooting in Skye Glen in June are due back in Port Hawkesbury Court today to enter pleas.

RCMP say a 34-year-old man suffered non-life-threatening injuries when he was shot in the leg on June 2nd.

33 year-old James Edwin Tyler Goswell from Stewartdale was arrested as he walked out the woods near the scene, the following afternoon.

He faces a charge of aggravated assault, along with seven weapons-related charges and a drug count.

His brother, 27 year-old Justin Francis Goswell from Judique was arrested at the scene and faces three firearms counts and a drug offence.

Both have been denied bail.
