by The owners of the Donkin Mine say they’ve started producing coal.
They add production will be limited in the first two quarters but go on to say the goal is to produce half a million tonnes in the first year.
A company official says Nova Scotia Power remains a potential customer for Donkin coal.
The mine now employs 64 people.
