Heavy Rainfall Could Bring Floods

Environment Canada says heavy rain and strong winds could lead to flooding in parts of the province.

All four counties in Cape Breton are under a rainfall warning.

Environment Canada says despite the warm temperatures the frozen ground could lead to flooding in low-lying area as the snow melts.

25 mm of rain is expected to fall by tomorrow morning.

Winds are expected to go to as high as 110 km/h in Inverness county tonight.
