The protest went on overnight night while the Legislature sat to deal with the legislation to impose a contract on teachers.
Teachers plan to hold a mass rally outside the building at noon.
The Teachers Union local says teachers from Cape Breton are being bused to Halifax for the event.
The Legislature is due to sit until at least 5:00 this evening as it deals with Bill 75.
