As predicted, the price of gas went up overnight.
Gas jumped by 4.6 cents a litre and now goes for a minimum of $1.10.9 cents in Cape Breton.
Diesel went up by 4.9 cents and now costs a minimum of $1.09.5 cents a litre on the Island.
