Police Looking For Tips In Attempted Glace Bay Arson

Regional Police are looking for help from the public in solving a case of attempted arson at the former St. John’s Church on West Avenue in Glace Bay

Police say the July 25th fire was set in a garbage can with a pile of hay and garbage bags piled around it.

They add, earlier in the day, a witness noticed children around the church near where a boarded up window was partially opened.

Anyone with information on this case is asked to call the regional police non-emergency line or Crime Stoppers.
