Man Due In Court On Break and Enter Charges

One of four people charged in a series of Break and Enters throughout the Regional Municipality is due in court today.

 

18-year-old Dylan Riley MacDonald from Balls Creek faces 20 charges, including Break and Enter, Theft over $5,000, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime, Flight From a Peace Officer, and several Breaches of Probation.

 

MacDonald is being held at the Cape Breton Correctional Facility to await today’s court appearance.

 

Another man charged in connection to the B & E’s is due in court, tomorrow.

 

21-year-old James Martin Cameron from Sydney faces 11 charges.

 

 

A 15-year-old girl and a 16-year-old boy both from Sydney are facing a combined total of 6 charges in the case and are due in Sydney Provincial Youth Court at a later date.
