The preliminary hearing is due to continue today for a Ben Eoin man accused in a fatal shooting in Reserve Mines last June.
25 year-old Brandon James Berthiaume faces a count of first degree murder in the death of 25 year-old Brandon Kelly.
Berthiaume also faces a charge of attempted murder after police said shots were fired at a man who was with Kelly at the time of the incident.
He’s also facing charges of breaching court orders, assaulting a peace officer and mischief.
He’s due in court to enter pleas to those charges on May 4th.
