A trial is due to start today for a Sydney doctor charged with sexual assault.
65 year-old Dayananda Kodagoda is accused of committing the offence in August of 2013. Kodagoda continues his release on conditions, including that he not perform examinations on female patients without another female in the room. The Health Authority says that the condition applies at all of its facilities. Kodagoda’s trial is now slated to run until Friday.
