There’s a third candidate in the bye-election race for District 10. Lee McNeil served as a Regional Councillor for eight years. Because of the re-alignment of electoral boundaries, she ended up running unsuccessfully in District 10, during the 2012 municipal elections. McNeil is running against School Board member and Swiss Chalet manager Darryl Flynn, and former coal miner and Dominion Town Councillor Allie MacLean.
