Three people are due in court today after a break and enter in Leitches Creek on the weekend. Police say they got the call from the homeowner at around 8:00 on Friday night. They add three people were later found in the area and arrested. 29-year-old John Paul Bernard from Whycocomagh, 19-year-old Samuel Carter from Sydney and 18 year-old Catherine MacLellan from Sydney all face a charge of break and enter. Bernard is also charged with failing to comply with a court order. The trio is due to enter pleas in court, today.
